What is in your opinion the best blockchain for building decentralized social media application? What are your criteria for the choice?

If a message/post or any activity is stored on a blockchain I would say that the moment of transaction fee is important and choose a blockchain with low ones.
But a blockchain is the same important as an ecosystem of this L1 or L2.
