There is a Peeranha wallet drop-down at the website header near the profile info. Click on the drop-down and choose the Wallet option. Check the Paid out list. You will be able to claim your PEER tokens by clicking Get reward button. Tokens will be added to your Peeranha wallet.

Also if you added the Telos account assigned to your Peeranha profile to another wallet, or registered on Peeranha by it, the earned PEER tokens will also be displayed there.

Even if you can transfer PEER to your Telos wallet there is no point in doing it because PEER is not listed. If you keep your PEER on peeranha.io you can stake it and receive more PEER.
