Will the church overcome persecutions? (GC 30)

2 Thessalonians 1:4 NIV

At the time of the apostle Paul the church suffered trials and persecutions with what he in the Second Letter to the Thessalonians encouraged them by indicating how great God's love is for men.

What can we say in this time in which we are living?

Effectivily there are somegroup kill-christian in the actual world.

The gate of hell SHALL not prevail against the Body of Christ, the Church. Not yesterday, not today, not ever. The Lamb of God shall always prevail. Amen.

I also heard a preaching today in which I stressed that the first martyrs when they were sent to the stake were singing praises to the Lord, demonstrating their love for Him, the church will always prevail.

Proclaiming the truth will always bring persecution, as it upsets, ends the lie and straightens the crooked. In this moment of the history it is seen quite in the countries with policies completely contrary to God, only that they try to put it "under the table"

Information is the key. Bringing the news of Christian persecution to our brothers and sisters around the world will help to sure up support for those effected and bring punishment to those responsible.

persecution is part of the Christian journey and the church in particular. Jesus said , " the world will hate you because they hated me"
In it all the beauty of it is that we are more than conquerors through Christ who strengthens us.
