Proverbs 12:25

Anxiety in a man's heart weighs him down, but a good word makes him glad.

Luke 12:22

22 Then Jesus said to his disciples: “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear.

There is no need to worry about our situations because we can never add an inch to our height by worrying. These are the words of Jesus (Matthew 6: 27).

Philippians 4:6-7 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
1 Peter 5:7 | NIV

Matthew 6:34 “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.”

Luke 12:25 “And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?”

The last two scriptures clearly stated to Christians not to worry while the first two showed that as humans worry may come, but made known to christians how to chanel the worries appropriately!

Don't worry because: God has promised to be with you until the end of time. (Matthew 28:20)
